This Privacy Policy explains how Feng Fitness LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our iOS applications, including HabitBlock and PhotoSwipe (each, an “App”).

The short version: our apps are designed to work entirely on your device. We do not operate accounts, we do not run our own servers that collect your data, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Information we do not collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, or location to our servers. We have no servers that receive your personal data.

How each app uses your device data

PhotoSwipe. PhotoSwipe accesses your photo library only after you grant permission, so that you can review, favorite, delete, and organize your own photos. All of this happens locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or to any third party, and we never see, store, or have access to them. When you delete a photo, it is handled by Apple’s standard system and can typically be recovered from the “Recently Deleted” album for a limited time.

HabitBlock. HabitBlock uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls features to let you set aside and unlock apps. This information is managed on your device by Apple’s framework and is not transmitted to us. We do not receive a record of which apps you use or block.

You can review or revoke any permission at any time in the iOS Settings app, under Privacy & Security.

Purchases and subscriptions

Our apps are free to download and offer optional in-app purchases, including one-time unlocks and auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited, anonymized purchase and transaction data so we can confirm entitlements and understand aggregate sales. This is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and tracking

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated diagnostic and usage statistics through standard App Store reporting (for example, crash reports and download counts) if you have opted in at the system level. This information does not identify you personally.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS applications published by Feng Fitness LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including HabitBlock and PhotoSwipe (each, an “App”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

License

Your use of each App is also licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Where these Terms and the Standard EULA differ, the Standard EULA applies to the licensing of the App. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

In-app purchases

Our apps are free to download and offer optional in-app purchases. These fall into two categories:

• One-time unlocks (non-consumable). A single payment that permanently unlocks a feature or set of features. One-time unlocks do not renew and are not recurring.
• Subscriptions (auto-renewable). A recurring payment that provides access to premium features for a fixed period (for example, monthly or yearly).

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. The exact features, price, and billing period for each purchase are shown in the App before you confirm.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are sold by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with them except as permitted by applicable law or the Standard EULA.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feng Fitness LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
