Photo Swipe ("the app") is published by Feng Fitness LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: Photo Swipe does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data, and your photos never leave your device because of anything this app does.
Nothing. Photo Swipe has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not operate any server that receives your data.
To do its job, Photo Swipe requests permission to access your photo library. This access is used only on your device to:
Photo Swipe does not upload, copy, transmit, or back up your photos to us or to any third party. Any syncing between your devices (for example, iCloud Photos) is handled by Apple's own system services under your Apple account settings, not by this app.
Features such as finding visually similar photos and suggesting albums or trips run entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. The results are not sent anywhere.
Optional Pro upgrades (subscription or one-time purchase) are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple account. We never see your payment details.
The app saves small preferences and progress information locally on your device only (for example: your swipe settings, which photos you've already reviewed, and the list of photos queued for deletion). This information stays on your device and is removed if you delete the app.
Photo Swipe is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and post the revised version at this page's URL.
